Our Programs

Dietetics & Human Nutrition
There is a direct relationship between what we eat and drink and our health. This is made evident in diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer, heart disease, etc. Our Dietetics and Human Nutrition programs will educate you on how nutrition and our eating habits affect our bodies, and how you can help others transform their lives through proper eating habits. Aging Studies
It’s a universally accepted, and unchangeable reality: every human will age. How we age and how our age affects our health is another story. Our Aging Studies programs will teach you the science of aging, the issues and myths associated with the relationship between age and health, and how to effectively and compassionately work with and (on behalf) of the elderly. Clinical Laboratory Science
The Clinical Lab Science program uses a strong background in the basic sciences, such as biology and chemistry, to provide clinical diagnoses and monitoring of disease.
